What sizes do you carry?
We normally carry sizes S to 3X on the regular tees (up to 5X in black), sizes S - 2X on the relaxed fit women's tees,
sizes S- XL on the classic and slim fit baby doll tees, and Youth XS - L (2/4 - 14/16). If you are viewing a shirt and your size is not currently listed, it is simply
because it has sold out. Please contact us which shirt and what size you would like, and we will notify you when it has been restocked.

Do you offer shirts in children's sizes?
Yes, we do. Please check out our Youth Tees.
I can't see any photos of the tee shirts on the website!
Customers who are using old, outdated web browsers- and some customers of AOL and Juno- seem to have
issues viewing the images of the tee shirts.
We recommend you try viewing the website in a different web browser like
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, or any other trusted browser, or get help from a
technical support specialist. If you purchased your computer
more than a year ago and haven't upgraded your web browser, it's out of date.

Do you have a catalog?
Yes, you can download a PDF catalog here. The PDF is 3.5 MB and includes everything we currently offer: tee shirts, long sleeve tee shirts, sweatshirts, women's tee shirts, women's tank tops, and youth tee shirts, as well as a sizing chart and FAQ page.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal and money orders.
If you'd like to pay with a money order, simply place your order as normal and
select "Money Order" as your payment method at checkout. You will then receive
mailing instructions for submitting payment. Money orders must be received within 7 business days or the order is automatically canceled. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.
What if I don't want to order online?
No problem. Just call us at 1-866-492-4327 and we will take your order and payment information over the phone.
What if I'm ordering from a country not listed in the cart?
We will currently accept credit cards from the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
If you are in any other country, you can still more than welcome to order, however, you will have to pay
via PayPal. Please contact us with what shirt you would like, what size, and your shipping address, and we will send you a request for payment via PayPal.
How are orders shipped?
Customers in the US can now choose between First Class Mail and Priority Mail. First Class will arrive in 5-7 days, and Priority Mail will typically arrive in 3-4 days.
Customers outside the US will have their shirts shipped via First Class Mail International. We used to offer International Priority Mail,
but the USPS' recent pricing increases have made it far too expensive to ship
using that method. Shirts shipped outside of the US will arrive within 1-2 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are variable depending on how many shirts you order (it is calculated based on weight) and which zone you are in. If you are ordering one shirt within the U.S., the cost is anywhere between $3.48 - $5.75.
Add the items you would like to the cart and sign up for an account to enter your shipping address. At checkout, the shipping section will tell you exactly how much it costs.
Return Policy
You can return the shirt within 30 days for store credit only.
Please email us to receive an RMA number, and then simply
return the tee shirt to the address listed on your receipt.
Once it is received, you will be emailed a coupon for the full value of the shirt
(less original shipping charges).
Exchange Policy
We have a simple exchange policy for U.S. and Canadian customers if you order the wrong size, wrong style, or
even the wrong shirt! If it is within 30 days of placing your order, simply return the shirt to the address listed on your receipt, and your replacement will ship as soon as we receive it.
We do prefer
customers to email us with the details of the exchange before
shipping items back so we can notify you of any pricing differences.
Tracking Orders
If it has been more than 7 business days from the date your order actually shipped, and you have not yet received
your order, please contact us with your name and order number and we will investigate the matter.
