Self-Description: I'm a 21st-century spiritual seeker with an interest in Eastern mysticism, particularly Buddhism and Taoism. Chronologically I am 40, but in mind I'm perenially mid-20s. I live in the Rocky Mountains with two teenagers, several pets and an overactive imagination. I am in love with an incredible man whom I adore. In addition, I am a multipublished professional writer who pursues many things, including advanced studies in communications and philosophy. A Masters is in the offing, but not sure about the Doctorate quite yet. As of November 23, 2004, I finally landed a book contract -- my first ever. Oh yes -- and a week later, I signed as a client of the Meredith Bernstein Literary Agency in New York City. My book, Sun Signs for Writers is due out in August 2006 from F + W Publications (Writer's Digest Books).
