Self-Description: Hello all, I thought it was time to update my profile even if no one ever reads it. I am originally from Utah and moved back in December 2005 after completing my MA in American History and Public History at ASU. My focus was in museum and collections management, so I work with the objects. However, I still don't have a real job in the area, but such is life. It is nice to have seasons again. I am the only redhead in my entire family, extended as well. And no, I am not adopted. I'm sure there have to be others but we are scattered around the lover 48 and the ones around me are much older so their hair has gone grey and no one takes about hair color normally. I love my hair, always have. I like that I stand out from my two sisters, one of whom is a blond and the other is a brunette. I keep hoping that one of them will have a redheaded child since I am not married, don't plan on it any time soon and don't want to have my own biological children. Hmmm, that might be a TMI. I'm happy to have found this sight, since there are so few of us, I'm always keeping a weather eye for my own kind. I think the most redheads I've seen in a large group was at the Flogging Molly concert, I guess Irish Punk brings us out in droves!

Interests: I love to read, watch movies, find the good coffee shops which are shockingly abundant here in Utah, write and just hang-out with friends. I know to some this might seem rather boring but to me it is nice to relax and enjoy a good friends company. I'm a big mystery fan, I'm in the middle of several series including but not confined to Elizabeth George, Anne Perry, Laurie R. King and the ever wonderful Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. If you like mysteries and want do find some new good ones StopYoureKillingMe.com is a great sight for that. My favorite book is _The Alienist_ by Caleb Carr, which I need to write a review for it since anyone who likes mysteries should read this book. It is rather dark but most good mysteries are, unless it is a Janet Evalovich, but even her books can be dark too. I like non-mysteries too, Hugh Laurie (of House fame now) wrote a great book _The Gun Seller_ and his best friend, Stephen Fry, has written several great books but his first, _The Liar_, is probably his best. Wow I'm a lit. geek!
