Self-Description: Well, I'm originally from Virginia, but am now a
student at Harvard University, majoring in Folklore and Mythology (can
you believe it's a real department?!) focusing on Gaelic Scotland. I'm
in the process of learning to speak Scottish Gaelic, and though I'm
not very good at it yet, I'm hoping I'll get better once I actually
start taking classes :-) I love to sing -- I'm in three choirs right
now (plus private voice lessons), and just finished performing in a
student-written opera. I play the Celtic harp and the piano (kind of).
I like most music, from bluegrass to classical to opera to simon and
garfunkel; I also love to draw, paint, sculpt, etc, and to read and
write. I have a wonderful, wonderful (also redheaded) boyfriend of
almost 2 years, whom I absolutely adore . . .
