Self-Description: I am an impeteous red head that has worked hard for all
of my life and tried to live it to the fullest. From being in the US
Army Airborne, to working my way through college and graduating, to
passing the CPA exam, and to having a wonderful 42 year marriage, I
thank GOD for it all.
My advice to anyone reading this younger then me (and I am 65) is to do
what ever you want to do NOW! You may not get the chance again due to
unforseen circumstances. Go mountain climbing, try both alpine and
cross country skiing, try white water rafting, consider rafting the
grand canyon, but get out into the wild wilderness that is our country's
heritage. Live life to the fullest and don't be afraid!
Children: Four daughters all raised, and five grandsons. One
daughter in Wales, one in Virginia, one in Minneapolis, and one in
Oregon.
Interests: Walking trails, cross country skiing, watching college
football, especially my Oregon Ducks! gardening and sometimes making
special deserts.
