Self-Description: Well first off I would be one of those Irish red heads. I
am just finishing up a masters in conflict analysis
(Peacebuilding). I live in Brooklyn New York and emigrated to
the US in 2003. So for the past year and a half I have lived on
campus in Virginia in a small town called Harrisonburg.
So I am hoping to get to know some other red heads in New York.
I think red heads make a rather cool social group compared to
other dull hair colours. When a group of red heads enter a room
heads turn, as it's a sight not often seen.
Interests: I enjoy walking, not just to the shop, I mean long
walks of about ten miles or so. It really helps me think things
through, plus it is invigorating. I have a big interest in
social justice, and with that I believe that all people should
be treated equally (well with the exception of us special red
heads). It has been a few years since I have been to a rock
concert, which is something that I hope to remedy, as many good
acts pass through New York.
I enjoy the usual stuff such as reading etc. I hate writing
these as it almost seems rote that one should write it down.
This I call the conditioning of resumes.
I enjoy politics, and with that a fiery debate on issues. And I
am also likely to pull your leg in respect to controversial
issues (i.e. I will come across as the hard bad person)
