I love sports, love the outdoors, and I love to play. I'm a pretty
easy-going, laid-back person, but I do lack patience for stupidity and
weakness.
I'm a very passionate person - if something matters to me at all, it
means the world. It makes for an intense existence, but I like it
that way. What good is complacency? Passion is how I get things
done.
Interests: I love hiking, camping, and most anything involving being
outside - it's a big part of my job. I also love ordinary things like
playing pool, dancing, live music, and movies. I love the sun, but
prefer a cloudy, rainy day (much less harsh on the freckles!).

Endangered Species, from crawling through thick vegetation at 4am to
survey for birds, to studying plants all day in 115-degree weather, to
observing re-introduced wolves, to writing reports for the government.
I deal with air and water quality issues on occasion as well.
Basically, I was the girl in high school who was a member of
GREENPEACE and swore she was going to save the world... and I am, and
acre at a time!
