Self-Description: I'm anything but your "typical"
redhead, as I prefer and cherish my individuality. I tend to think of
myself as a "work-in-progress", even at my age! Being a Scorpio with Sun in
Scorpio and the Moon in Cancer and Capricorn ascending, I'm almost always on
an emotional roller-coaster. I consider myself blessed to have a man in my
life (Virgo) that can handle the sometimes erratic twists and turns that I
throw at him. We actually met on the internet (yes, it's possible to find
love online, especially when you're not looking for it), and he relocated
1,700 miles from San Antonio, TX in August 2001. Even more to his credit,
he made the trip on his motorcycle. How's that for true love conquering
all? My sons all adore him, which is icing on the cake for me. We are
soulmates, and are planning our wedding for November 30th, 2002.
I know that my life's path is one of teaching, though not in the traditional
sense. Sometimes my students are unwitting, and a few are even unwilling.
(hold still, darlin' it only hurts for a bit...) I've learned that free
will is a very powerful thing.
I'm a very compassionate and passionate person, with an oft-times warped
sense of humor. However, I have no tolerance for self-inflicted wounds!
People have at times underestimated my intelligence and abilities, much to
their demise. Never tell a redhead that she(he) can't do something,
especially a lefthanded Scorpio redhead!
I'm in the process of getting a business going, doing designs for medieval
and Civil War costumes, and also custom wedding attire. I am making my
wedding gown, the dresses for both bridesmaids and the junior bridesmaid and
flower girl. That's why we're not getting married until November!!
My three sons are the crown jewels of my life. The oldest one graduates
from high school in June, and the middle one from middle school. My
youngest son is quite the character, his life path number is 3...for any of
you into numerology, that tells it all! They are on loan from God, and I am
blessed to have the honor of guiding them through to adulthood.
I guess that about sums it up, anything else you want to know about me, just
ask! But: be careful what you wish for, I can talk the leg off a grand
piano! :-)

Children: I have three wonderful sons, the youngest of which is slowly inheriting my
strawberry tresses, much to his chagrin!
Interests: I enjoy all things metaphysical (being a Scorpio, that tends to
follow suite), I'm an avid reader, I enjoy all types of needle arts and
crafts, I love camping & hiking, and used to be an avid horsewoman, until
the infirmities of age took their toll on my spine!
