Self-Description: I've recently been voted "The person most likely to turn up to work on a Harley" by my workmates. I have a short fuse, a nasty temper, and a dry sense of humour, and usually decide whether I like someone or not within about 20 minutes of meeting them. I have too many opinions about everything, and find it hard to keep them to myself sometimes!
I am a pessimist and the glass is always half empty to me. I am too cynical about the world we live in today, and the only things that make me happy are warm summer mornings, long summer nights that smell of damp leaves, floating on my back in warm blue seas looking up at a clear sky, or driving a very powerful car so fast that I can feel it in the depth of my chest. Oh, and waking up to see my boyfriend sleeping next to me. I plan to emigrate to Australia as soon as I can as the UK climate depresses me too much. I need more sun!
Children: None, prefer pet rats!
Interests: I love Motorsports, both on 2 and 4 wheels, Lotus cars, Supercars, Formula One, DTM and British Touring Cars, and kartracing. I got my PADI Open Water Diver certificate in 2002, I love Jack Daniels, chocolate, and I keep two female pet rats called Skippy and Turbo.
I am into music of all genres, particularly Billie Holliday, Ella Fitz, Tony Bennett, Sinatra, Gilbert & Sullivan opera, and most classical stuff. Music is the ultimate soother for me, but I also like nothing more than a good dance to the latest club choons.
More: My mother's side of the family is related to Captain Cook's sister, Margaret Cook, who married James Fleck, who is a descendent of my mother.
