Self-Description: I am a Journalism/Public Relations sophomore at the University of Oklahoma.
I'm pretty laid back most of the time, but if I get angry, it's best to leave me alone for a while.
I love my car (a 1996 Honda Civic EX), but I really want a Subaru WRX or a VW Golf GTI.
I am the queen of procrastination. In fact, I should be writing a paper on German Expressionist film right now.
I have a wonderful boyfriend who is also a redhead. We both have tempers, but for some reason we don't really get mad at each other.
I figure if the only thing we fight about is golf, we've got a pretty good thing going.
I am a fairly frequent poster on a couple of message boards, especially Hissyfit and Three Way Action. (No, it's not as dirty as it sounds.)
Children: No kids yet...I plan on finishing college and possibly law school and finding a husband first.
Interests: Like I said, I am a Journalism/PR major. I love to read and write and do
both any chance I get.
Music: Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Less Than Jake, Elvis Costello, Guttermouth, Midtown, Dropkick Murphys, the Vandals, the Misfits, the Mummies, and too many other bands to list.
Movies: all of John Cusack's movies, most of Adam Sandler's movies (though I'm not sure if he can be forgiven for Little Nicky, but Billy Madison is a work of comic genius.), Rushmore, Bottle Rocket, Boondock Saints, Caddyshack and lots of others. Some old westerns are good too.
I love Sooner football, and I'm quite the basketball fan too. Our women are picked to win it all in the 2002 NCAA championship, and I hope they do. Our football team's working on going to Pasadena for an 8th national championship this year, and I know that they can do it. No matter what, those boys find a way to win.
