Self-Description: I am a kind and honest and hard working man, unfortunately I believe that I grew up to be socially retarded, I was picked on for being short and having glasses and braces and red hair.

I am very standoffish and I don't easily allow people to get close to me as I fear being hurt or rejected, the only place you will every see me act outside of my shell is at work and that is an atmosphere where I have no choice but to force myself. Most of my co-workers find me to be obnoxious and a loudmouth fool, they don't know that I suffer from shyness as well as depression, I always try to get the jump on them, I'll get you before you get me. However, if you get me first that is great, I love a joke as well as anyone could. If you don't have a sense of humor than I probably wouldn't get along with you!

If you want to know who I am, well I fit the stereotype of the redheads and the Aries very well!

I believe I am a wonderful guy, but people are quick to judge me based on my looks and not on who I am so I live pretty much as a hermit, oh well, its not the life style I wanted but I blame society and the cruel bigots and ignorant people who have made me feel so bad that I am clueless with social situations and suffer with depression and low self esteem and afraid to let people close to me. I have heard that this just makes one more charismatic, well, if that is true, well, then I must be the most charismatic person alive!

Children: I have no children, but if the right person comes along, well then perhaps.

Interests: If I can find a partner, I love to dance. I love classic rock and roll.

I love to cook and bake and I love my pets, my dog Buster is the best dog ever!

I love everything in this world, every animal and plant and ocean and tree is so beautiful, I look at everthing as it is a piece of art, I may not be great at it but I love to draw as well!

More: Dig that poetry! Click on my website and type in Somerby and read my works in progress. The poem "On the outside looking in" has been published twice, once in a book and then in spoken form on a CD.
