Self-Description: I am a storyteller. Which is perfect in the scheme of
things, because I love to talk. I am more of an extrovert
than an introvert, yet I have been known to succumb to
sudden bouts of shyness. Loving the company of others, I
tend to try and spend as much time as possible with other
people. I think that I am a very intelligent and witty
person, but fear that my sarcastic sense of humor sometimes
is interpreted as cynicism. I am independent, but have
strong ties to my friends and family. I love fairy tales,
and the warm fuzzy feeling that I get from reading them, but
often look at the world through the eyes of a realist.
However, the idealist in me is always trying to improve
things.
Interests: I can often be found engaging in social
activities, such as ballroom dance. I may not be the best
dancer in the world, but I love dancing anywhere from a
friends house to a club. Perhaps it is because of my strong
passion for music. I play a few instruments, and am always
listening to something on the radio. Since I moved out on
my own I have tried to master two things - cooking and
playing pool. I think I am well on the way to becoming a
master chef (at least now I can eat what I cook), and let's
just say I am content with being an awful pool player, as
long as I continue to have fun while playing. Black and
white photography is a hobby for which I am trying to find
more time. I am intrigued by other cultures (having studied
them in college) and hope to travel more in the future.
More Info: I just want to state for the record, I had a horrid
case of writers block when writing the description, so I am
truly not as boring as I may sound!
